1. Feeding system:

It consists of a hopper, a vibrating feeder and a chute. The rice materials to be sorted enter the vibrating feeder from the hopper, and then automatically arrange them into a row of continuous slender current beams through the vibration and guiding mechanism. After being accelerated through the slot, it falls into the detection area of ​​photoelectric sorting at a constant speed. In order to ensure that the material is clearly displayed in the optical sorting and spraying area. 2. Photoelectric system:

The light source provides stable and uniform illumination for the tested material and the background board. The experimental results show that the blue LED light source has the best lighting effect. The CCD lens converts the reflected light of the material under test in the detection area (the detection area is a sealed matte cassette, whose purpose is to prevent stray light from entering the CCD lens and affecting accuracy) into an electrical signal. The background board provides a reference signal for the electronic control system, and its reflection characteristic is basically the same as that of the qualified product, but it is very different from the rejected object.

3. Sorting system:

The sorting system consists of unloading bin, air injection valve, air compressor and air filter purifier and other accessories. Since the kinetic energy of the rice material is very large after being sprayed by the high-speed nozzle, the space of the discharge bin should be large enough, and shock absorption measures should be taken at the contact part of the material and the discharge bin. Rebound after hitting the discharge box to prevent rice from entering the detection area of ​​the CCD lens to avoid accidental hits. Experiments have proved that the spacing of pneumatic nozzles and the number of nozzles are one of the key factors affecting the accuracy of the color sorter.

4. Cleaning system:

The cleaning system consists of air cylinder, glass wiper and other components. Because rice generates dust and other impurities, it is easy to adhere to the glass during the color separation process. Once too much dust and impurities adhere to the window glass, the photoelectric system used to sort and detect tea materials through the window glass will easily cause chain problems, such as false detections. It will affect the accuracy of the color separation and the output ratio of the color separation. In the worst case, it will cause frequent operation of the air nozzle, thereby shortening the life of the nozzle and control system, and causing the nozzle control system to burn. The glass wiper is installed on the cylinder, and the main control system drives the sliding of the piston of the active cylinder by controlling the cylinder valve switch at a preset time to achieve the effect of regularly cleaning the dust and impurities on the glass.

5. Operating system:
